Boring on purpose

Stalwart reimplements the mail stack. We package the one the internet has been running for twenty years - and have shipped it the same way since 2014.

Being fair about it

Stalwart is a great project and a genuinely interesting piece of engineering. Stalwart moves fast and implements things we do not, and if you want to follow a young project as it grows, that is a real advantage.

If you want a mail server that will still upgrade the same way in five years, poste.io may be a better fit.
